Hi! I'm Kim
I’m the face and mind behind Owl and Pigeon. I spend most of my time designing wedding websites for couples all around the world.
I designed my very first wedding website way back in 2008, before it was a thing, and today I’m lucky enough to have a business that’s focused on the thing that makes me smile – creating something that brings joy to my clients and adds to their happy wedding memories.

How does this work?
It’s actually really easy 😉 When you’re ready to book, you’ll fill in the order form and tell me about your wedding, and then pay the once-off design fee. I’ll be in touch with you to chat about which photos and text you’d like me to use in your invitation and/or save the date.
Your one-page website will be hosted here on our servers for one year, and you’ll get a custom address that’s unique to you that you can share with your guests, for example:
www.owlandpigeon.com/Sarah-Ian.
I do the design work myself, so you don’t need to do anything more than send me the details and wait a few days while I set it up for you.
When your invite website is ready, I’ll send you the link and you can send that out to your guest list. As your guests complete the RSVP form, you’ll be notified instantly by email.

Everyone deserves a beautiful wedding website, no matter where you live! Many of my clients are based in the USA, UK and Australia; if you live outside of South Africa then the ordering process is exactly the same, and I’ll send you a PayFast link so that you can pay by credit card.
Wedding websites are easier to send out, easier to update or change, and of course: eco-friendly! Plus the RSVP process is instant, and you don’t have to worry about sending out invitations far in advance.
Once I have all the details and photos from you, you can expect your personal wedding website to be up within 7 days.
To get started on your wedding website, you’ll contact me and let me know which package you’d like and then we’d sort out payment. After that you’ll send me all the details that you’d like me to include on your page (venue details, photos, etc) and I’ll get started on your design. Within 7 days I’ll send you the link, you’ll check that all the details are correct, and then it’ll be ready for you to share with your friends and family!
Yes! One year of hosting is included in the once-off package fee, but if you’d like to keep your wedding website online for longer you can just pay a small annual hosting fee.

After this I can make one free minor change in case your plans change, like a change in your wedding date or venue. For bigger changes I’ll charge a once-off nominal design fee.

If you’re somewhere else in the world, I’ll send you a PayFast payment link so that you can pay via credit or debit card.
